The Board for Legal and Statutory Matters of Matica Srpska is an organ of the Management Board of Matica Srpska that, upon request from organs of management and certain bodies of Martica Srpska, participates in drawing up a draft proposal of the Statute of Matica Srpska and other legal acts, comments on the legality and statutoriness of certain decisions. Should such necessity occur this board gives legal advice on various legal issues that may be encountered in the work and activities of Matica Srpska.
