The Supervisory Board maintains control over the implementation of the Statute and other general acts of Matica Srpska, implementation of decisions of management and executive bodies of Matica Srpska, as well as the responsibility for appropriate social and economical use and allocation of the resources of Matica Srpska. The Supervisory Board of Matica Srpska follows and monitors material and financial operations of Matica Srpska and presents an opinion to the Management Board about the Balance Sheet and Financial Plan.
