Dragan Stanić / Ivan Negrišorac

Ivan Negrišorac (Dragan Stanić), writer, university professor (Trstenik, 1956). He taught at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad, secretary of Matica Srpska

(1999-2004) and its president (since 2012). He has been the president of the Editorial Board of the Serbian Encyclopedia since 2008. Critic, theoretician and historian of literature, poet and novelist, dramatist, editor of works by contemporary Serbian writers and collections of works about them. He was the editor-in-chief of Letopis from 2005 to 2012. At the beginning of his term as editor-in-chief, he set clear goals and an editorial concept: ‘The new Editorial Board would strive to preserve the achieved values ​​and many advantages of the previous editorial concept, and if it adds some new qualities that are important for Serbian literature and culture, then the fruitful mission of Matica Srpska Letopis will not only be preserved, but also highlighted in a new way’.
