Nikola Milutinović, lawyer, publicist (Pančevo, 1879-Novi Sad, 1969). In a
public competition, he was appointed secretary of
in 1932.
From 1933 to 1941, he was also the editor of Letopis, except for four
volumes published in 1936, which were edited by Vasa Stajić. He started new
newspapers, and from 1934 to 1941, he edited Glas Matica Srpska and
Godišnjak Matica Srpska. He was the editor of two volumes of the
Narodna čitanka of Matica Srpska (1938, 1939) and of the monthly
supplement Glas of Matica Srpska – Naše Selo (1941). On the eve of the
Second World War, he launched the initiative to establish the Institute for
the Study of Vojvodina in

. From February
1943, he organized the administration of Matica's estate and property (houses,
land, etc.) under the supervision of the Hungarian occupation authorities. In
September 1945, he was dismissed from the position of secretary at the
assembly of Matica Srpska.
